In The Now is owned and run by Ryan and Shanan Burk, who are true visionaries in the real estate investing world. After years of experience in resort development, they decided to get out of the game of building someone else’s wealth. They took their finances into their own hands by fixing up and flipping houses in Detroit. They quickly realized their potential as real estate wholesalers, and that is how In The Now was born.
In The Now may have been born out of fixing and flipping, but it truly came to fruition after Jim Simcoe, our Chief Green Officer, joined the team. He brought the company to a whole new level by incorporating eco-friendly building practices into our plan.
All of our new investment properties (and we've done over 100 in the past 14 months!) are now green.
By taking out of date foreclosures and turning them into high efficiency, lower impact homes In The Now’s investors:
- Earn higher returns (15-20% cash-on-cash and up)
